Congratulations on your pregnancy, you are about to become a mother!
Childbirth in a woman’s life is something very special. A new life is made and brings with it both physical and metal changes to the health of the woman. These changes can sometimes cause concern for the mother to be.
To prepare for this exciting time, prenatal exercises/pilates and birth preparation courses are available.
Birth preparation course
Pregnancy is something very special and feelings during birth are overwhelming. A birth preparation course gives you time for yourself and your baby, as a result you can experience this special time more consciously. You will receive valuable information about the birth itself and for the initial postnatal period.
Start from the 24th week (approximately) of pregnancy
Goals of the birth preparation course:
- conversions about pregnancy
- Tips for relieving various discomfort
- strengthening body-awareness
- Breathing and relaxation
- Mental and physical preparation for the birth and immediately afterwards
- postnatal care
Group courses
5 lessons – 75 mins.
Including one lesson with your partner (approximately 120 mins).
Course dates
Wednesdays
Time 18:30 until 19:45
Couples evenings will be arranged together and last approximately 2 hours.
15.01.2025 till 12.02.2025 (The 4th evening will be arranged together)

Prenatal Pilates
Personal well-being is at the centre of prenatal pilates. Through gentle exercises the body will become stronger and circulation will be improved. Back pain can be completely avoided or significantly reduced through coordinated training. Your posture will be improved and become optimal.
Breathing and relaxation exercises help to achieve inner calm and balance.

Entry is possible at anytime after the 15th week of pregnancy.
